"We have been using VIP's services for many years now and will be looking to renew with them going forwards. We have always received a first class service from VIP's dedicated support team, where nothing is too much trouble. They have excellent bill analysis and always inform us of any discrepancies or if we are nearing our limits, usually these are for awareness only we seldom action any of this information however the information is very welcome. Initially VIP saved us over £70,000 from our previous supplier, we realised that they are unlikely to be able to offer such a saving next time however I know they will try very hard to maintain the relationship we have. VIP have also offered advice to us especially in areas of poor signal and have even provided solutions that has meant sites with intrinsic network problems are no longer a problem for us now."
